About
WHO IS HE
Bio
Welcome! Landon Skelly, the skeleton behind the ink, is a multi disciplinary trans and queer artist born, raised, and based in Pittsburgh, PA. He has always had an intense passion and dedication to art & creativity as an outlet, but only decided to explore it professionally with tattooing in 2021.
Landon's identities as an artist and a trans person have always been intertwined, even if not realized early on. After exploring his gender identity, everything had become more clear-- his dreams, desires, and artistic vision. Skeleton Inks manifested from these realizations (and with the help of some very good friends), as a way to share their artistic expression, whatever medium it comes in.
ARTIST'S STATEMENT
Dear Friend,
Thanks for looking and taking interest in my work! The most fulfilling aspect of tattooing is getting to work with you.
Getting the chance to be involved in this vulnerable medium is an incredibly honorable experience, and I am forever grateful to be given the responsibility.
I understand how daunting getting tattooed can be, especially within marginalized identities. I will always strive to go above and beyond to make your experience less intimidating, and help guide you to your autonomy as a client.
As always, thanks for the trust <3
PERSONAL LIFE
Outside of Tattooing
Landon enjoys spending lots of time with his sweet kitties and loved ones, in between working on various different projects at any given time.
While making art is his job, he also greatly enjoys making art that is just for him, or with the people he loves most.
Some other random hobbies Landon enjoys in no particular order of joy include: plants, cooking, reading (really any genre), puzzling, origami, interior design, cycling, and playing guitar.
If he's not at home or working, Landon is likely getting coffee somewhere, or basking in the sun.
